Two ways to send it back

How it works

   Request it

   Sign in, open My orders, and choose the delivered pieces you’d like to return — with a reason and an optional note.

2. 2

   We approve it

   We review your request and book a courier pickup from your address — or send drop-off instructions with our return address.

3. 3

   Hand it over

   Give the parcel to the courier, or bring it to us with your return number on the box.

   We inspect

   Our specialists check each piece — original condition, tags, and authenticity intact.

5. 5

   You’re refunded

   The refund goes back to your original payment method once inspection clears — minus return shipping when it applies. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged by our team. Where agreed, we can send a replacement instead.

Good to know

Changed your mind about a request?

You can cancel it from the same order page at any time until the parcel reaches our warehouse — if a courier pickup was already booked, we cancel it automatically.

What can be returned?

Delivered items within the return window that haven’t already been returned or refunded.

Can I have more than one return at a time?

One return per order at a time — once it completes (or you cancel it), you can start another for any remaining items.

What if a piece doesn’t pass inspection?

Our team will contact you to agree the next step before anything is decided — in some cases the items are sent back to you.

When does the money arrive?

We issue it as soon as inspection completes. Banks and card issuers usually post it within a few business days.
