Welcome to ArabiaFinds — a destination for authenticated pre-loved luxury, serving Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your contract with us is formed when we send the order confirmation email. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment fails or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount taken.

2. Authenticity promise

Every piece we sell is inspected and authenticated by our specialists before it is listed. Condition is honestly graded, and anything worth knowing is noted on the piece’s page before you buy.

3. Delivery

We deliver through trusted carriers across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC. Delivery options, pricing, and estimates are shown at checkout for your address; estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

4. Returns

Returns are governed by the returns policy published on our returns page, which forms part of these terms. The window and conditions shown there at the time of your order apply.

5. Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your phone or email, so keep your contact details accurate and your inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
